Creating Private Nameservers at Dotster
This demo assumes you have a domain name registered through Dotster, and starts from their home page.
Click the Account Login link here to sign in to your account.
Enter your username and password, then click Log In.
Click the Domain Central icon.
Now let's learn how to create our own custom private nameservers.
Click the domain you want to create custom nameservers for.
Click the DNS option.
Under Modify, select Private Nameserver.
Enter the nameserver and associated IP address, then click Add.
Repeat the process for the second nameserver.
That's it! You've successfully created custom private nameservers for your domain name.
Please note that it could take up to 24 hours for your new private nameservers to propagate and be recognized across the internet.
